RETURN POLICY

Can I return an item from my order ?

If you are not completely satisfied with the items received, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, in fresh and resaleable condition, with all tags still attached.

Full refund within 14 days.

Exchange possible within 30 days.

Please pack the items carefully so that they arrive in good condition for subsequent resale.

Please note that sale items are not returnable.

Can I exchange a product for a different product online ?

We’re sorry, but it is not possible to exchange products in the Online Shop.

Please place a new order.

How will I receive my refund ?

The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item, using the original payment method.

Please note that currency fluctuations and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I make an exchange in the store ?

Yes, it is possible to exchange an item in-store if it's only for a size change.

Please bring the packing list from your parcel along with a form of identification.

Note that we do not offer refunds for online orders in-store.
